Final Farewell

Well all good things have to come to an end.  I know I have mentioned this to numerous families already but in my eight years of teaching this has been by far my best year.  I will truly miss each and everyone of them.  We have had a wonderful year filled with fun and laughter and a little bit of learning to go with it:)  Although I am so sad to see them go I am so excited to see how much they grow over the summer and look forward to seeing them in the fall as big first graders!  Thanks again for making this the most memorable year!!

Bubble Day

One of our end-of-the year special days was "bubble day".  We enjoyed blowing bubbles outside even though it was a little chilly!

Last visit with our buddies

For our final visit with our reading buddies they showed us their awesome animal reports.  We enjoyed learning about all the neat animals they wrote about and seeing their wonderful illustrations.  

MN Children's Museum Fieldtrip

Celebration Day

We went a little field trip to the High School for "Celebration Day".  We sat among all the students at GSL (K-12) and we were lucky enough to sit in the front row.  It was fun watching our "Brave" video and seeing other fun videos that others students made.  

Mystery Friend Reader

Sophie was our mystery "friend" reader this week.

Visitor Day

We enjoyed spending the afternoon with our visitors.  We showed them all the neat things we have been learning this year.  Thanks visitors for coming and making this day so special!
